Terms of Service
Last updated: May 2026
These Terms govern your use of this website (domainer.domains) and the purchase of Domainer Engine. By using the site or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Product
Domainer Engine is a self-hosted software product — source code and a license, delivered digitally upon payment. Purchasing grants you a license to use the software under the terms of the End User License Agreement (EULA), which is the governing document for all software-specific rights and restrictions: what you can build, what you cannot redistribute, IP ownership, and extended license options.
These Terms of Service cover your relationship with this website and the purchase process — not the software itself.
2. Purchases and Payments
All purchases are processed by Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for this product. Paddle handles payment processing, receipts, VAT, and tax compliance. By completing a purchase you also agree to Paddle's Terms of Service.
Prices are listed in USD. The amount charged may vary slightly due to local taxes applied by Paddle at checkout.
3. Refunds
Domainer Engine is a digital product with immediate delivery. All sales are final. A live demo and personal instance are available before purchase so you can evaluate the full platform. Full details in the Refund Policy.
4. Account and Access
After purchase, you receive access to a dashboard at domainer.domains/dashboard. Authentication is handled via magic link — no password is stored. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure.
Dashboard access is tied to the email address used at checkout. If you need to change it, contact me directly.
GitHub organization access is provided as part of your license. You may request an invite via the dashboard. Each account is entitled to a maximum of two automated invitations — an initial invite and one free re-invite if the wrong email was used. After both have been used, additional invite requests require manual handling; use the contact form to request assistance.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use this website or the product to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or account
- Scrape, crawl, or automate requests to this site in a way that disrupts service
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation during purchase or support
6. Third-Party Services
Domainer Engine integrates with third-party services — AI providers, email delivery, cloud storage, analytics, and others. These services are configured and paid for by you directly. Their availability, pricing, and terms are outside my control and not covered by this Agreement.
7. Disclaimer
This website and the product are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. I do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of this site, continuous delivery of third-party integrations, or fitness for any particular business purpose.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, my total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the product shall not exceed the amount you paid for your license. I am not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.
9. Changes to These Terms
I may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ukraine.
