Refund Policy
Last updated: May 2026
The short version: all sales are final. You have two ways to try the full platform before you buy — a live demo and a personal instance on request. If something doesn't work as described after purchase, contact me directly and I'll fix it.
All Sales Are Final
Domainer Engine is a digital product — source code and a software license delivered immediately upon payment confirmation. Because you receive full access to the product the moment your purchase is complete, all sales are final.
No refunds will be issued for:
- "Changed my mind" or "found a different solution"
- "Didn't get around to using it"
- Inability to set up the platform on unsupported infrastructure
- Third-party service costs (hosting, AI API, email delivery, storage)
- Features not listed as available at the time of purchase
This is standard practice for self-hosted software and marketplace scripts.
Try Before You Buy
Two options exist so you can make a fully informed decision before purchasing:
The full platform is running at demo.domainer.domains. The admin panel is open at /admin — login: admin@example.com / 1111. Explore every feature, every screen, every setting.
Request a dedicated installation configured with your own API keys — full platform, real environment, no limitations. Test everything end-to-end before making a decision. Contact me to arrange it.
These options replace the need for a refund. If you have specific questions about a feature before buying, ask — I'll give you a straight answer.
If Something Doesn't Work
If the product does not function as described on this site after purchase, contact me and I will resolve it. This commitment covers:
- Features that don't behave as described in the documentation
- Bugs introduced by my updates that break existing functionality
- Setup issues within the supported deployment paths (Vercel, Docker)
- Integrations that are listed as working but fail on a clean install
Resolution means fixing the issue — not issuing a refund. If I cannot fix it within a reasonable time, I'll work with you on an appropriate resolution.
How to Contact Me
Use the contact form on this site. Describe the issue clearly — what you expected, what happened, and your setup (deployment type, browser, etc.).
Payments Processed by Paddle
All purchases are processed by Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for this product. Paddle handles billing, payment processing, receipts, and tax compliance on your purchase. If you have a billing dispute that I cannot resolve, you may contact Paddle directly — though I encourage reaching out to me first.
