Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 2026
This policy explains what personal data is collected when you use domainer.domains, why it is collected, and how it is handled. This is a solo-operated product — your data is not sold, not shared with advertisers, and not used for anything beyond what is described here.
1. Data Controller
The data controller for domainer.domains is the individual developer and seller of Domainer Engine, operating from Ukraine. For any privacy-related requests, use the contact form.
2. What Data Is Collected
No payment card data is stored. All payment processing is handled entirely by Paddle — card numbers, billing addresses, and transaction details never touch this server.
3. Third-Party Processors
The following services process data on behalf of this site. Each operates under its own privacy policy.
Paddle
Payment processing, tax compliance, receipts. Paddle is the Merchant of Record and collects billing data independently.
Resend
Transactional email delivery — magic links, purchase confirmation, GitHub invite notifications.
Brevo
Newsletter subscription management. Only used if you opt in via the footer form.
GitHub
Used to send organization invites. Your GitHub email is shared with the GitHub API only when you request an invite.
4. Cookies and Analytics
This site does not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising scripts. Analytics are collected server-side — page views and referrers are logged without storing IP addresses or personal identifiers. No consent banner is required for this type of analytics.
A session cookie is set when you sign in via magic link. It is required for authentication and expires after 30 days. No other cookies are set by this site.
5. Newsletter
If you subscribe via the footer form, your email address is added to a Brevo mailing list. Subscription is opt-in only. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also request removal via the contact form.
6. Data Retention
Purchase records are retained indefinitely to verify license validity and provide lifetime update access. Contact form messages are kept only as long as needed to respond. If you want your data deleted, contact me and I will remove it — subject to any legal obligation to retain transaction records.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data held about you. To exercise any of these rights, use the contact form. Requests will be handled promptly.
If you are in the European Economic Area, you may also have rights under the GDPR including the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
8. Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
9. Contact
